Project Description:
HOLT Renewables successfully executed a renewable energy project at Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, MA. The project entailed the design and construction of a cutting-edge 1,265.40 kW DC solar electric system, strategically positioned atop a canopy shade structure within the university's Bridgewater Tower Lot. Comprising 3,420 state-of-the-art 370W JA Solar Panels with a 47° azimuth and a 7.49° tilt, the installation is complemented by a robust racking system engineered by RBI Solar Carport. 16 Chint Power Systems inverters efficiently harness solar energy from the array, seamlessly integrated into the existing electrical infrastructure at 13.8KV. Through meticulous adherence to National Electric Code (NEC) regulations, the system operates in parallel with National Grid's electric grid, ensuring reliability and compliance. This project promises substantial long-term electric bill savings over its 30-year lifecycle, underscoring HOLT Renewables' commitment to sustainable energy solutions and technological innovation.
