
AUSTIN, TX, October 27, 2015 – PCI Solar has built one of the largest corporate solar projects in North Texas, a 497kW fixed tilt ground mount project powering Manner Polymers, a McKinney, TX manufacturer. The project involved an innovative partnership between Manner Polymers, PCI Solar, and Perfectly Green, a renewable energy developer which consulted on the project.
The installation consists of (1716) Hanwha Q-Cells 290 Watt 72-cell photovoltaic panels on a driven pile support system across 1.6 acres. Racking was provided by AET Rayport G Eco; inverters were provided by Chint Power. The system is interconnected to and operated in parallel with Manner’s Oncor Energy service.
