Kevin Chavez is responsible for originating and developing HOLT Renewable’s commercial and industrial client relationships, while expanding the company’s footprint in the United States. Kevin has nearly a decade of experience within the financial services industry. He was responsible for sales efforts for portfolios comprised of commercial real estate, direct lending, and specialty asset classes both internally and externally at his previous firm. He has directly represented a public renewable energy portfolio that manages just over $350 million in renewable energy assets. He also had the opportunity to develop the sales strategy and infrastructure for an international impact investment fund, TriLinc Global, which manages over $250 million of investor capital.
He intends on leveraging his financial background to best position solar development opportunities for clients throughout the country. Kevin earned his B.S from Arizona State University in Technological Entrepreneurship and Management, after having attended United States Air Force Academy, where he had the great experience of playing college football.

Casey Lilley serves as the Business Operations Manager for HOLT Renewables. She is responsible for overseeing overall day-to-day operation of the business, overseeing project activities to include contract management, project documentation, compliance and project invoicing. She also leads the proposal department and oversees all public proposal requests nationwide. Casey began her career as a commercial construction superintendent working in high rise structures and ground-up projects in downtown Austin, Texas. After joining the HOLT team Casey worked as a construction superintendent where she led and completed multiple ground-up steel PV canopies and roof-top PV installations.
Her comprehensive construction management knowledge and ability to provide a customer-focused approach, allowed her to advance into a project manager position, where she led procedural implementation processes promoting efficiency and organization. This combined experience ultimately led to her current role. Casey manages customer expectations by delivering superior levels of service, resolving problems and showing initiative to ensure the company’s success. Casey graduated from Texas A&M University and has received training certifications for OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, Fall Protection, Confined Space and Construction Electrical Safety.

Mr. Gildon has over fifteen years of electrical industry experience, including eight years of renewable energy product and project support and four years of construction project management experience. He has fifteen years of experience in industrial and electrical equipment procurement, purchasing, logistics, and inventory control. Mr. Gildon has managed the scope, schedule, project planning and coordination, and budget for multiple MWs of solar projects, including a recent 11MW community solar project in Texas. His responsibilities include subcontractor management and oversight, customer and stakeholder relations, project scheduling, and quality control.
Charles’ additional professional expertise includes JIT delivery, vendor management and cost negotiation, warranty reporting, customer service on product deliveries, OSHA compliance, inventory reporting, shipping and receiving, and material returns. Mr. Gildon attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University, has received PMI training from the University of Texas, and is NFPA 70E and OSHA 30 certified.

Jack Culberson has over 19 years of electrical engineering experience in the Semiconductor and Solar industries. Sixteen of those years have been spent as a solar engineer where he has been responsible for all aspects of the site survey, design, permitting, engineering, construction, interconnection, and commissioning of residential, commercial, federal, and utility photovoltaic projects. He has worked on over 700 projects in North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Jack is knowledgeable in a variety of energy efficiency measures including audits, insulation, HVAC retrofit, lighting, wind, PV, solar-thermal, and battery back-up systems.
Prior to joining HOLT Renewables, Jack served with Ameresco as a Project Development Engineer performing similar duties. He also spent 3 years in the Semiconductor industry with Novellus as a Field Engineer where he was responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of several $6 million tools that created memory and processing chips. Jack earned his B.S. in Engineering from Texas A&M University with a minor in Mathematics. He also earned his Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with an emphasis in Engineering Systems Management from Texas A&M. Jack is OSHA 10 and NFPA 70E certified.

Aaron Arriaga serves as a Commercial Project Developer for HOLT Renewables. Aaron is responsible for building the framework for organizations interested in integrating onsite generation, microgrids and EV infrastructure into their operations. In this role Mr. Arriaga leverages 11 years of experience in energy infrastructure projects across the nation to ensure successful transitions into sustainability and resiliency.
Prior to joining HOLT Renewables Aaron was a part of the team who started a solar panel manufacturing plant in San Antonio, Texas called Mission Solar Energy. Aaron led the business development team by integrating the locally manufactured solar panels into the national market. Aaron earned a bachelor’s degree in management science at the University of Texas at San Antonio and studied Political Science at Southwest University for Nationalities in Chengdu, China. Aaron is currently a Texas McCombs MBA candidate for the class of 2027.

Ryan Holcombe serves as a NABCEP-certified Senior Estimator for HOLT Renewables, responsible for completing detailed project cost estimates, job cost tracking, and day-to-day job cost management of HOLT Renewable’s solar and energy storage projects. Mr. Holcombe has 16 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, with an emphasis placed on safety, improving installation quality, commissioning, and troubleshooting installed PV systems.
Prior to joining HOLT Renewables, Mr. Holcombe was a Project Manager and Senior Estimator for PCI Solar and the Quality Assurance Manager and Safety Officer for GridPoint. Mr. Holcombe has estimated, constructed, and commissioned hundreds of solar installations, including government, commercial, and enterprise projects. Prior to his career in the solar industry, Ryan enjoyed a three-year career in secondary education. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University. Ryan has been NFPA 70E, OSHA 30, and NABCEP-certified since 2010.

Alex Petrovich began his career in the solar industry in 2006 as an entry level laborer installing modules and digging trenches. Over the last 19 years Alex progressed from laborer, to technician, to crew lead, to construction manager/superintendent, to project manager and purchaser, and finally designer. He has worked on roughly 150MW of varied solar projects throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and California. Along the way he became NABCEP PVIP certified in 2011, and a TX Master Electrician in 2021. In 2020 Alex took his expertise to the design side of the field and shortly after began his current role with Holt Renewables.
Alex’s areas of expertise include DC, AC, and data troubleshooting, system QA/QC and commissioning, and residential and commercial system design. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Rochester Institute of Technology. Alex is OSHA 10 and NABCEP certified.
